Excelente enfoque !!! Recientemente estuve trabajando en el despliegue de los procesos sustantivos de una empresa de Investigación, Desarrollo e Innovación y si bien no trabajé en los procesos de apoyo, identifiqué que aplicaban la metodología del Mentoring para transferir los cocimiento de los trabajadores con más antigüedad y experiencia a los más jóvenes, recién ingresados. Una excelente iniciativa no muy difundida en la mayoría de las empresas.
