Muy buenas tardes. Soy ingeniero industrial, con experiencia en aseguramiento de la calidad. Y la presente es para indicarle que me pareció muy interesante este artículo, por lo cual, quisiera saber un poco más sobre la aplicación de este modelo de gestión, sobre todo en la forma como lo especifica de "Medio". Cualquier material que pudiera facilitarme para la aplicación del mismo, será de mucha utilidad.
